Gresham Rights Management is a company in the Gresham Music Group founded by David Gresham in 1970. GRM is a direct licensing company representing the interests of rightsholders which includes SESAC, The Harry Fox Agency, Slam Dunk Songs & others with respect to the licensing, collection & protection of mechanical and performing rights of musical works in Africa. GRM’s extensive catalog includes musical works by superstar artists such as Green Day, Alicia Keys, 50 Cent, Justin Timberlake, Nirvana, Avicii, Beyonce, Guns & Roses, Bobby Brown, Destiny’s Child, REM, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, and many more.

On the 1st of January 2020, SESAC withdrew its affiliation with all performing rights organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa and granted these rights to GRM. GRM is here to assist music users in obtaining the necessary copyright licences to ensure copyright compliance with respect to the catalogs which our company exclusively represents.
