Businesses & promoters wishing to make use of our company’s musical works catalogs anywhere in Africa, require a mechanical & performing rights licence from GRM to avoid copyright infringements. It is a legal requirement under the Copyright Act of South Africa to acquire the necessary performing rights & reproduction rights from rightsholders in advance of using the musical works.
